A 22-year-old man has been charged in connection with the murder of man who was repeatedly stabbed at his home.
Corry Walters from Sheffield is the second man to be charged with the murder of Mohammed Khalil. He has been remanded in custody to appear at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court on Monday (3).
Khalil, 42, was taken to hospital after he was found with serious injuries at his home in Darnall, Sheffield at around 1am on October 21. He died a short time later.
A post mortem examination concluded he died as a result of multiple stab wounds.
Connor O’Brien, 26, of Sheffield, has also been charged with Khalil’s murder and will appear before Sheffield Crown Court on Friday (7).
A 40-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder and possession of an offensive weapon and two 20-year-old men arrested on suspicion of murder remain on police bail.
