A POPULAR Gujarati pantomime will be staged at the Peepul Centre in Leicester at 3 pm on March 16.

Ramat Gamat has been organised by London-based charity Sansaar that promotes the learning of Gujarati through fun and music.

Suitable for all ages, the performance in easy-to-understand Gujarati, stars much-loved characters Jambu and Jalebi and features popular songs Tali Pado, Dhingali Japani and Motor Gadi.

Tickets cost £7 each, or £6 each for a family of four or more, or £5 each for groups of 10 or more; they can be bought online from the website www.sansaar.org.
