THOSE looking to invest in property in India should head to the Realty India Expo 2014 this weekend (31-1) at the Hilton Metropole Hotel in London.
Organised by the Times of India and Mindspace Exhibitions, the two-day event will bring over 30 leading property developers from across various Indian cities under one roof.
Among the cities that will be represented will be Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kerala, and Pune. There is also rising interest in Coimbatore, Mangalore and Mysore.
The show will be open from 10 am to 8 pm consecutively and entry is free for all visitors. There are also car parking facilities for visitors.
Apart from developers, housing finance companies and banks offering home loans will be present at the exhibition.
Properties include plotted development projects, affordable housing, luxury apartments, row houses and villas.
