“wellness rules” a Conclave for proactive well-being of families along with an Exhibition of Wellness products, had jointly organized by Ficci-Flo Ahmedabadlead by chairperson Babita Jain and Sleepwell Foundation (SWF) on 7th September at courtyard Marriott hotel. This conclave aimed at reinstating the place of family in modern life. It had motivate the participants to explore the manifold benefits of being proactive in embracing Physical, Emotional, Creative, Intellectual and Spiritual wellness for making the family a harmony, joy and understanding.
the conclave had dignitaries from different fields will be joining as speakers including Actress and Social Activist Lisa Ray, Film Makar and Author VivekAgnihotri, Corporate Trainer and Psychotherapist Arvinder j. Singh, sports Person and Queen of Super Bike Fame Dr. Maral Yazarloo Pattrick, Theatre Director and Master Trainer Feisal Alkazi, Singer and Music Composer Rene Singh, Dancer and Choreographer Avni Sethi, Dietician and Nutritionist Sohini Shah. News anchor and Richaanirudha was the master of ceremony for the conclave and Jayanti S. Ravi the principal Secretary of health and welfare department of government of gujarat was the chief guest of the conclave.
Film maker Vivek Agnihotri talked about family values and modernity of India, “ Only in India we make films on family genre and across the world only India has family values, spiritual power is the only way which is connecting us to each other in family. We have always started invested in ourselves but not in family, so we need to divert more on family than personal interest.”.
Queen of Super Bike Fame Dr. MaralYazarlooPattrick who traveled almost 64 countries on the bike without break. She shared her experience about being pregnant while she was on her world tour on bike, “In India if u r pregnant people will advise u a lot on what u should do and this is not the case in Africa when I was travelling during my pregnancy, they will not give you any advise, rather they will encourage you to do more adventure. “Actress, social activist Lisa Ray shares her journey and struggle during her cancer. “I personally believe that our physical ability is more depended on our emotions. It was my will power which made me come out of my blood cancer. I will always thank this universe for teaching me so I can spread message to every one on my learnings of survival.”
