I hope you’re well. We are delighted to share the agenda for the inaugural GG2 Women of Colour Conference.
An extension of the highly successful GG2 Diversity Conference which looks at all facets of diversity through an ethnic minority lens. The Women of Colour Conference will explore issues ranging from mental health and disability inclusion in the workplace, intersectionality to women empowerment, balancing career and family, to race and identity.
Themed Paving The Way, our speakers and panellists, each leading diversity practitioners in their own right, will demonstrate how to bring about change within organisations and provide a platform for women of all backgrounds to share personal stories of their path to success and open-up discussions around barriers to achieving better gender and ethnic diversity.
Some of our confirmed speakers include:
- BBC’s Director of Creative Diversity, June Sarpong OBE
- Mondelēz International’s UK Managing Director, Louise Stigant
- Citi Private Bank’s Global Head, Ida Liu
- Henkel’s Marketing Director, Nikki Vadera
