HIGH heels seem to have taken a toll on Neha Dhupia’s feet, but the Bollywood actress sashayed down the ramp on Saturday (November 17) despite her injury.
The 33-year-old actress turned showstopper for designer Rocky S at the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour and looked stunning in a shimmery black leather gown.
“We actresses don’t have much time to rest. We are always on the run. I have an injured foot and am wearing a bandage. My doctor has given strict advice not to wear heels. But still I am wearing five-inch heels for this show. I hope he is not watching,” Neha said after the show.
Rocky’s collection titled Rocky Star saw the revival of the classic black. The highly opulent red carpet collection was inspired by the medieval age.
“This collection represents the mysterious woman, who is both strong and subtle. Hence, I chose Neha as my showstopper because she is very mysterious.
“You don’t know half of what is going on in her life right now. She reveals just the right amount of information about her and that is what makes her my muse for this show,” Rocky said.
Models sashayed down the ramp in long, flowing gowns and sheer dresses with intricate beadwork and sequins.
