The exhibition will be a platform for two aspiring designers

THE first British Bangladesh Fashion Week (BBFW) will take place in east London in October, and the fashion week will sponsor two aspiring designers to further their studies in the industry

 

The event will take place twice a year in the English capital.

 

Founder Fokrul Hoque said: “The very first British Bangladesh Fashion Week is a platform for aspiring and renowned British

 

Bangladesh fashion designers to bring their creations to the forefront of the International fashion calendar.

 

“Not only is this a great opportunity for designer makers to showcase an array of ethnic fashion to the mainstream fashion industry, but it also provides vital networking amongst key figures within the creative sector as a whole.”

 

Organisers said the best talent in make-up, dance and choreography will also be part of the two-day event.
