The GG2 Leadership Awards recognise and reward high achievers within ethnic minorities and celebrate the very best of multicultural Britain. The awards, which are open to all ethnic minorities in both public and private sectors, will be presented at the 19th annual GG2 Leadership Awards dinner on Thursday, 26th October 2017, in Central London.
The Young Journalist of the Year Award is open to journalists and will go to a new talent who has proved to be outstanding in print, online, radio or television journalism. The winner will receive a bursary cheque of £500 from the Daily Mail and will have the chance, if appropriate, of a weeks work experience on the newspaper. The only criteria other than ability and talent is that they must be under the age of 30.
